BMW’s most recent front fascia has taken over the automotive world, and the Touring is no exception. We were curious to see how the larger sedan would look on the larger vehicle after the release of the striking Isle of Man Green colorway. Magnus Matulat, a digital artist, has done the hard work and provided a glimpse of the wagon in BMW production colors.

We are not going to be bringing the wagon version to the U.S. market, so we won’t start a feud over the comments. We are curious to see how it looks under a different color. It could be used to cover the most polarizing grille in recent history, however, as unfortunate as this may seem.

No matter what shade you choose, the car will be a sensation from the driver’s seat. The 3.0-liter twin-turbo, inline-six engine from the sedan will be used. It is capable of producing up 503 horsepower (375 kilowatts). While it may not match the Audi RS6 Avant numbers but it looks great.

If these renderings are any indication, it is clear that the darker colors do a great job at muting the kidney-shaped elephants within the room. The grilles are less prominent, which allows the eye to concentrate on the aggro LED headlights. You can also see the rear where the darker panels blend with the black diffuser for a more reserved look. If you like the new BMW look and are looking for something different, the Isle of Man Green or Sao Paolo Yellow color options will be available. It doesn’t matter what your opinion is, it’s great that the “ultimate driving vehicle” still allows performance to speak for itself.
