When the regular Chiron is not enough.
The Chiron hardcore version of the Bugatti was spotted at Pebble Beach last summer. Lenykeinkravitz captured the W16 machine, which looked like a fighter plane, up close and personal in Germany. The film was actually shot in Lutjensee (a municipality in the Stormarn district).
Based on the Wolfsburg license plates, and the absence of wheel center caps, this stealthy hypercar could have been a prototype. We believe it was not a production-spec Divo because of its metallic black frunk rather than the matte dark/black finish on the other body panels. It looks very similar to the prototype, except for the difference in the design of the wheels.
Given the car’s immense value, it is not surprising that the driver took his time getting the beast out of the parking lot. The stunning Molsheim coupe’s wild styling is further enhanced by the Divo being spotted in the vicinity of smaller cars like a Dacia Logan MCV, or a Volkswagen Beetle Convertible.
Bugatti makes only 40 examples, and they have all been pre-sold for a long time. You might still be able to purchase one if your bank can afford it. It’s still available on Mobile.de and will cost you an incredible EUR6,999,000. This is approximately $7.83M at current exchange rates. It’s considerably less than the insane $18M La Voiture Noire one off also based upon the Divo.
