This super hatch, which is 493 horsepower, can reach speeds of 186 mph (300 km/h) on its custom 20-inch wheels.
ABT Sportsline worked on the Audi RS3 Sedan in order to improve its attitude. Now, ABT Sportsline is working its magic on the hatchback. It has undergone a series of upgrades. The most obvious changes are gone. A set of 20-inch alloys in black were installed by the German tuner. These rims can be finished in a matte or shiny finish. There are many other designs for 20-inch wheels, as well as smaller sets for 19-inch.
Ingolstadt’s super hatch has been given fender inserts on the front, to show it’s more that the RS3 Sportback. ABT’s latest muffler system has placed two pairs of dual exhaust tips at the back of this car. They have a greater diameter, which gives it a more powerful sound. These are located alongside a diffuser component of an aerodynamic bodykit so subtle you would have to be an Audi aficionado in order to understand that this is not the standard model.
Although the exterior might look like a regular Audi RS3 Sportback model, the true change is under the hood. The tuner dialed in the turbocharged 2.5-liter engine up to 493 horsepower (368 kilowatts), and 570 Newton-meters (442 pound-feet). The car can reach speeds of 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.7 seconds, and tops out at 186 mph (30 km/h) with the ABT Engine Controller, intercooler and exhaust system.
ABT offers a reduced package for the RS3 Sportback, which only includes the Engine Control unit. This dials the five-cylinder engine up to 453 hp (338 kW), but is still a lot better than the 394 hp stock. The cabin upgrades include different leather types and carbon fiber accents.
