Audi introduced the Japan-exclusive A8 5.5 today. It comes with a rice cooker.
The Audi A8 5.5 was developed specifically for Japan. Its name comes from five (five) Go and 0.5 (half) Han. This is a term that means “gohan” in Japanese, which refers to rice. The rear-mounted rice cooker is mounted on the dashboard. It’s specifically designed for full-size luxury sedans and can make the perfect rice thanks to the intense heat convection in the Hagama Japanese rice cooking pot.
An Audi-branded rice paddle with Audi branding will be included in the bundle, but it will only be available for a short time. Audi has not yet revealed the price, but it says that the A8 5.5 will only be available in Japan.
