Take a look at all available color options.
A walkaround video by the Concours D’Elegance America shows the latest 2020 Chevy corvette C8 content. Chevy brought the C8 Corvette to the Michigan event nine days after its reveal. This allowed attendees to see the new mid-engined sportscar up close. Chevy displayed a 2020 Corvette Stingray Z51 in a charming glass building. It also showcased the engine, gearbox, and a variety of color options. Edward Xu’s EddieX YouTube channel gives us a close-up of the Z51 and all the additional goodies that were not covered during the reveal.
First, we get to see the Corvette’s exterior. We notice similarities between the C7 & C8 front ends. Edward continues along the side and points out the large air intakes and conventional doors before turning to the rear. This is polarizing. He also points out that engineers were unable to route the exhaust in a central exit design. This is why the quad-exhaust look was created. GM was not letting people inside, unfortunately. For better performance, the engine is also placed low in the chassis.
The video then switches to the wall where Chevy has placed a large number of goodies. You can also choose from a variety of exterior colors, including seat belt and brake color options. Edward says that Chevy does not intend to limit color combinations. This means that a Corvette could come with Sebring Orange exterior, yellow calipers and a two-tone interior. Red seatbelts are also possible. You can even choose from two key fob styles.
The Corvette will be a major news story in the coming months and years, it’s certain. Chevy also announced that the 2020 Corvette C8 would start at less than $60,000. Chevy explained that the C8 Corvette C8 would start at less than $60,000. This means that the Corvette will likely get a hotter performance version such as the ZR1 (or something similar with a different name).
