The 2022 Lexus NX was launched in June, featuring updated styling and four powertrain configurations. Modellista and TRD offer aftermarket upgrades that will not only improve the style, but also increase performance.
Modellista describes the company’s offering as “urban luxury”, describing it as radiant and agile. All of the company’s upgrades parts include the rear skirt, side skirt and backdoor aeroplate.
Modellista also offers 20-inch aluminum wheels in chrome, to match the shiny parts. The entire Modellista Advanced Luxury Package costs 261,800 yen ($2,300), and the painted version can cost up to 294,800yen ($2,600). These parts can also be purchased individually.
The Lexus NX F Sport TRD parts, on the other hand, are focused on style and performance. The first includes a front spoiler and aerodynamic side mirror cover.
TRD is Yamaha’s performance damper. It improves steering and comfort. A member brace set can be added for improved handling. The addition of the member brace sets reduces height by 24mm. The package can be completed with the set of 20-inch forged aluminium wheels in Melanite Gun Metallic.
The aero package is priced at 498,300 Japanese yen ($4,400), and the forged aluminum wheelset at 616,000 Japanese yen ($5,400). Each member brace or performance damper is priced at 110,000 Japanese yen ($970).
