Lamborghini Urus Evo Keeps Facelift Hidden In New Spy Photos

It is expected to be available for the model year 2022.

The Lamborghini Urus saw an Italian supercar manufacturer return to a segment that it had briefly participated in with the LM002. The redesign of the Urus, a Lamborghini-designed machine, which shares its underpinnings alongside other VW Group SUVs like the Porsche Cayenne and Bentley Bentayga as well as the Audi Q8, is imminent. New spy photos show that the new model is in development.

The Lamborghini Urus Evo, the new model name for refreshed models, doesn’t look much different than what’s currently available. Although the camouflage is confusing, a modified grille sits between new headlights. Camouflage at the rear covers the taillights. This should be improved. The exhaust, front and rear bumpers are unchanged from the current model.
The powertrain of the SUV shouldn’t be changed. The current Urus has a twin-turbocharged V8 that produces 641 horsepower (477 Kilowatts) as well as 626 pound-feet (848 Newton meters) of torque. The power is routed through an eight speed automatic gearbox and a limited-slip inter axle Torsen differential. This helps to motivate all four wheels. It can propel the four-door Lamborghini from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.5 seconds. Maximum speed is 189 mph (355 kph). Performance could be improved by slight increases in horsepower and torque.

The updated Urus will receive minor tweaks inside, but it won’t be completely redesigned. Customers can expect at most the latest version of the brand’s infotainment system. Lamborghini has not yet indicated when the new SUV will be displayed, but it is expected that it will arrive in time for the model year 2022. We have only seen the updated model for the first time, so it may be some time before Lamborghini unveils it.
