Nissan Teases Detroit’s First Concept Car

The teaser video of the company doesn’t reveal much about this concept.

Nissan has unveiled a teaser that reveals a new concept it is working on for the North American International Auto Show. Although the clip doesn’t reveal much about the machine itself, the automaker describes it as “the future of Nissan Intelligent Mobility”.

Although it’s difficult to see, the clip seems to show some type of milling machine cutting material off the silhouettes of vehicles. Others show a complex framework and the moon. These images are very strange and don’t reveal much about the concept.

Although the identity of this concept is unknown, InsideEVs reports on a rumor that Nissan will be exhibiting its next-generation electric cars at Detroit Auto Show. This teaser could also indicate that Nissan will be debuting the QX Inspiration Concept by Infiniti in Detroit .

The automaker’s electric vehicle architecture is said to have been used for the QX Inspiration Concept and the mystery Nissan. The latest battery packs from the company might be used by them. They are likely to be lighter and more dense than the current.

Nissan applied in December 2018 for trademarks in Europe to the names IMS and IMQ . One of these titles could appear on the concept coming from Detroit, given the fact that it was recently registered.

Infiniti QX Inspiration Concept represents the company’s first glimpse of its future design philosophy. The exterior features sleek headlights, a round face and minimal inlets. Rear-facing cameras replace traditional mirrors. The cabin is still not photographed, but the automaker described it as “lounge-like” with materials that are “inspired by subtle Japanese sensuality”.
