Shmee has a taste of American muscle, and really enjoys it.
Although Bahrain isn’t known for its snowfall, Schmee150 discovers an Arctic storm of horsepower when he visits the Snowcat – a modified Dodge Challenger Hellcat with around 1,000 horsepower (746kilowatts). Shmee enjoys the American muscle car, which is quite different from European supercars.
Prior Design’s widebody kit adds some meat to the Snowcat’s fenders. The meaner appearance is also enhanced by a larger front splitter, and rear diffuser. These massive wheels are made of Dunlop rubber and have a vintage look with a white stripe, logo, and Dunlop’s logo.
Osama, Hellcat’s owner doesn’t give too much information about engine modifications, but riding with him allows you to show off the modified exhaust which screams when you let off the throttle. Osama can drop the Challenger to give a cool impression, or lift it to go on regular driving. Shmee says the setup provides a comfortable ride on Bahrain’s highways.
The Snowcat is a product of Bahrain’s SMS Design & Performance, which tunes all kinds of vehicles. American muscle seems to be the main focus of the shop, but an old Mercedes and TVR are also in the garage. Shmee gets the biggest kick out of a colorful Chevrolet-Camaro-bodied drag racer.
