Tuner already offers a version that produces 1,035 horsepower.
According to , Hennessey Performance is reportedly planning to offer its HPE1200 package to the new Dodge Challenger Redeye. This is the most plausible rumor I’ve ever heard. It would be available alongside the HPE1000 HPE1000 pack, which is already available for the muscle car.
Hennessey previously offered the HPE1200 package for the Challenger SRT Demon. So, bringing it to Redeye would not be surprising. The upgrade gives the muscle car approximately 1,200 horsepower at the crank. According to , the company’s Dyno, this setup gives the muscle car 1,013 horsepower (755 kW) as well as 954 pound-feet (1.293 Newton-meters), of torque at its rear wheels. The HPE1000 produces 880 horsepower (656 kW) and 806 pounds-feet (1,093Nm) at its wheels.
Hennessey provides the Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye with a 4.5-liter supercharger as an upgrade to the stock 2.7-liter blower. The tuner also includes a new throttle body and stainless steel exhaust headers with high flow catalytic converters. These modifications are even more extensive for the HPE1200.
The Challenger SRT Demon production is over, and the Hellcat Redeye has taken the top spot in the muscle car lineup. The Hellcat Redeye uses the supercharged V8 version of the 6.2-liter engine, which produces 797 horsepower (594 kW) as well as 707 lb/ft (958 Nm). The supercharger is now running at 14.5 psi instead of the 11.6 psi. The extra pressure can be handled by strengthened connecting rods or pistons.
The SRT Hellcat Redeye starts at $69,650. However, the gasoline guzzler tax adds $1770 to the price. This means that buyers should expect to pay $71,350 for the muscle car .
