Camaro ZL1 Coupe’s soft-top model is powered by a supercharged V8 62.2-liter engine. It can produce 580 horsepower (432 kW/ 588 PS) as well as 556 lb.ft (752 Nm). Camaro ZL1 Convertible takes 4 seconds to complete the sprint from 0-60 mph and reach a top speed at 148 mph (296 km/h).
Camaro ZL1 Convertible can compete with the Ford Shelby GT500 (59,995). It can produce 650 horsepower (484 kW/659 PS) and 600lb.-ft (812 Nm).
General Motors has also announced the 2013 Camaro 1LE’s price tag. The price starts at $37.035 and includes the $900 destination fee. The ZL1 Coupe has the same engine and price as the Convertible, but it is $5,450 more than the 2012MY.
