2020 Lexus LC Inspiration Series Makes Us Green with Envy [UPDATE]

Only 100 of these LCs will be coming to the U.S.

The new color is green, and the Lexus 500 Inspiration Series swaps last years’ flashy yellow hue to get a coat Nori Green Pearl paint in time for the 2020 model year. This stunning color is complemented by a pair of 21-inch tires and wheels in two-tones.

The interior of the special is also decorated with Lexus Coupe In a striking black-and-tan colour scheme. The steering wheel, dashboard, doors, center console and dashboard are covered in black leather with brown stitching. The 10-way power seat is covered in tan aniline leather. Parts of the doors are covered in faux suede with a darker shade. The limited-edition color combination does not serve to remind you that Lexus intends to sell 100 units of the 2020 LC 500 Inspiration series in the United States. According to Lexus, the shape of the laser-cut plate was inspired by the car’s brake lights.

The Inspiration Series gives the LC 500 a unique exterior and interior design, but its mechanical parts are the same as the LC 500. It’s not necessarily bad. The big coupe’s 471-horsepower, 5.0-liter V8 motor and 10-speed automatic transmission make it capable of reaching 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds.

The 2020 Lexus LC 500 Inspiration series will go on sale in fall. It is expected to be a lot more expensive than the standard LC 500 which starts at $92,950.
