This van is a great choice for a work van.

The new 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbodiesel engine will be available in the United States for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. It is expected to arrive in late 2020. The engine produces 161 horsepower (120 megawatts) as well as 266 pound-feet (361 Nms) of torque. The mill only connects to a rear-wheel-drive seven-speed automatic gearbox. This setup is ideal for anyone who needs a cargo van to haul a lot of stuff.

The Sprinter with the four-cylinder diesel engine has a maximum payload of 6,636 lbs (3,010 kg). The standard features include load-adaptive electronic stabil control, trailer hitch prep, keyless start, brake hold functionality, and keyless start. Safety assistance tech includes blind spot monitoring, park assist and traffic sign recognition. Crosswind assist, driver attention monitoring is also available.

You also have a wide range of options. Customers can choose to add features such as heated windshields, automatic climate control, electric-sliding doors, heated front seats, and heated windshields. You can even outfit the interior with shelving, workbench or heavy-duty floors to carry heavier loads.
The new engine fits in the middle of the powertrain range. The Sprinter currently comes with a 2.0-liter gas-fueled four-cylinder engine that produces 188 horsepower (140 kW) as well as 258 lbft (350 Nm). A 3.0-liter turbodiesel-powered V6 is also available with 188 horsepower and 325lb-ft (441Nm).

For the Cargo version, the four-cylinder diesel engine will be available in three configurations: the 144 inch wheelbase at $38,770, the 170-inch for $44,100, or the high-roof 170-inch version for $45,950. There will also be a $1,495 delivery charge. The Sprinter Cargo’s cheapest version starts at $34,495. It would cost $40,620 if you added the V6.
