For $9,900, you can buy a Ferrari F40 replica based upon a 1987 Pontiac Fiero.
We were looking for a car and came across this 1987 Pontiac Fiero. It was converted into a Ferrari F40 while browsing eBay’s listings. The Cadillac 32V Northstar V8 is the engine. It’s linked to an old, three-speed automatic transmission that doesn’t seem to go into the third gear. The vehicle rides on 18-inch alloy wheels with Pirelli PZero tires wrapped around them. It also comes with large Corvette brakes for each of its four wheels.
Although the owner claims that he spent more than $30,000 to transform the Fiero into an F40 model, the interior still needs work. The replica also features an upgraded radiator, rear upgraded swaybar, and powder-coated lower control arm. Additionally, the buyer will receive a set of 16-inch custom F40/ Testarossa alloys with the right bolt pattern. The F40 replica comes with power windows, power locks and cruise control. It also has rear glass 300zx headlights.
The car is located in Missouri and has a “buy now” price at $9,900. The listing will end in approximately 6 days. A $500 deposit is required immediately.
