Inside, learn more about the 1100 horsepower Scion tC AWD.

Team NFS, a racing team associated with videogame Need for Speed has created a 1100 horsepower (820kilowatts) real-life version of the Scion. Chris Rado, who was the driver of the Scion tC-AWD race car and previously built a 899-hp version for Modified’s “Tuner Shootout” cover story earlier in summer, has created this Scion tC AWD racecar.
Rado has won 60 career victories as a US-based pro-race car driver. Rado currently races in NHRA and NSCRA as well as Full Throttle. Scion tC AWD was designed to provide downforce.

The tC should be included in the next Need for Speed videogame release by EA. You can watch the car race on various circuits until then. The first was Road Atlanta this weekend. The car will be appearing on the 2011 race calendars.
