Snowy Slot Car Racing is the closest Spain gets to winter racing

This setup will be a hit in your home.

Spain doesn’t have much snow. There isn’t enough snow in Spain for local rallyists. There’s always a way. A group of Spanish RC enthusiasts has created a winter rallying paradise at a one-to-eight scale.

They have created a huge slot car track for their rally-spec cars to race on. It features many tricky crossovers, hairpins and jumps and is heavily covered in fake snow, which appears to be a flour-based powder.

It doesn’t matter what it is, the “snow”, however, creates an amazingly accurate representation of vehicle dynamics in slippery conditions. Operators have to be careful when applying power as the cars move all over the place.

The slot in this slot seems to guide cars, unlike a traditional slot car track. The cars are adapted RCs with their own power units that drive the wheels.

You will find all kinds of cars here. There are lots of Subarus, the odd Ford Focus WRC and a few Group B machines like the Peugeot 205T16 and Ford RS200. A BMW 635CSi touring vehicle, a Porsche 911 and an AE86 Toyota Corolla are also available.

We don’t know how much effort and time went into the construction of the track and cars. We want this set up in our Motor1.com sitefic.

This group races RC drift cars. As you can see, they are very skilled. They even bring them out on their own special blend of fake snow. We are now looking at the price of RC and slots cars.
