Ferrari 812 GTS Stallone by Mansory Gives the V12 Cabrio a Wild Look

The V12 naturally aspirated engine produces 820 horsepower.

Mansory is always a concern when it gets a new car. The end result is often controversial. The tuner launched an aftermarket package for 812 Superfast around a year ago. We were surprised at how contained it looked. This is not something we can say about the 812 GTS. The “Stallone” is Maranello’s naturally aspirated V12 convertible.

Bavarian aftermarket specialist, has created a busy-looking carbon fibre body kit for Italy’s retractable hardtop supercar. It is topped with a huge rear wing that brings back childhood memories of Need for Speed Underground. It’s a radical makeover of the 812 GTS in Mansory style, with more aerodynamic add-ons than a Ferrari.

The interior is strikingly blue with new leather everywhere. White accents are added to soften the visual impact. Mansory also added custom aluminum pedals and carbon fiber trim to the 812 GTS. This was in order to separate it from its original configuration. The inside changes are completed by illuminated door sill panels.

To extract more power, the tuner also modified the engine’s electronics. He installed a quad exhaust system that is quite impressive. The huge 6.5-liter unit at the front produces a hefty 820 horsepower and 546 pounds-feet (740 Newton meters) or an additional 31 hp (23.3 kW) and 16 Lb-ft (22 Nm). The 812 GTS Stallone can reach 62 mph (100 km/h), in just 2.8 seconds, and tops out with 214 mph (345km/h).

It is believed that the 812 V Speciale will produce a convertible version. According to some reports, the latter could be Ferrari’s last front-engined naturally aspirated V12 and will have over 850 horsepower.
