Nissan allowed journalists to see the model at their press conference. They only had a few seconds to look at it. The Infiniti press conference will begin later today.
Infiniti will unveil the LE all-electric concept later today. However, the first photos of the model have been posted online. Infiniti also gave journalists a glimpse of the model after they discovered it for a few seconds. It was captured by eGMCarTechphotographers, who were in the right place at just the right moment.
Infiniti LE Concept shows a premium-level rebadged version their Nissan Leaf EV. We can expect a similar powertrain as its sibling, although no details are available at the moment. The Leaf’s electric motor produces 108hp (80kW/109PS) and 280Nm (220ft*lb) respectively, which might be considered too low for a premium vehicle.
When official details are available, we’ll know more.
