There will only be 4,190 units built and you can order it by April 4.
FCA finally released the final information about the Jeep Gladiator, before the highly anticipated truck goes on sale. The launch edition model is a surprise, and it can be ordered only on April 4, which is the day that the automaker is calling Jeep4x4 Day. April 4, 4/4, 4×4 … get it? Jeep is quite clever.
Gladiator: More Information
It’s also very clever how people can order it. Jeep offers a website called the Jeep Gladiator Concierge Online Site. This site is linked here and at the end. Simply visit the website and enter your details. A Jeep Gladiator concierge representative will contact you the next day to complete the process. They will also connect you with a dealership that will accept your deposit and take care of the rest.
Although it’s only an online deal, we believe people who visit a Jeep dealer in April 4th would find many sales representatives with their computers ready and willing to help. Everybody who orders a Launch Edition Gladiator has the chance to win $100,000. The catch is that you get a year of Jeep stuff.
After the ordering process is completed, what do you get in the Launch Edition Gladiator model? It’s a Rubicon model fully loaded with interior trim and badges. The Launch Edition is equipped with 17-inch Mid Gloss Black aluminum tires and 33-inch all-terrain tires. The interior features a silver-finished wrapped instrument panel with a mid-bolster and black leather seats with red stitches. On the tailgate is the required badge, which is made of aluminum and marks the Gladiator as one among 4,190 Launch Edition models. It’s an honor to the Gladiator’s Ohio manufacturing facility, which is part the state’s 419 code.
Although it sounds great, being among the first Jeep Gladiator purchasers will not come cheap. The Launch Edition costs $60,815, which is nearly twice the price of the entry level Sport.
