McLaren Speedtail Design Concepts Offer a Wide Variety of Options

These are only three options buyers have when it comes to outfitting their Speedtails. Customers are free to choose the hypercars they want.

The new is for the 106 fortunate (and wealthy!) people who have received it.McLaren Speedtail
Hyper GT can now specify the interior, trim and color of their supercar. McLaren Colour and Material team have displayed a variety of themes to help customers get an idea of what to do. These themes can be tailored to give the high-speed machine a subtle or vibrant look. The buyers can choose from any combination of trim and color they wish, but these themes only show the range of options on the Speedtail.

Urbane is the first theme that the design team has chosen for customers who want to give their hypercar an elegant appearance. This collection shows carbon fiber with a gloss finish and light blue anodized aluminum trim. Thin Ply Technology permits the incorporation of carbon-fiber badges. The passenger seats are gray and the driver seat is covered in metallic light blue. The handsome look is completed by navy blue stitching and brushed anodized aluminum trim in light blue.

The Visionary theme is an option if buyers are looking for a Speedtail that matches their yacht. The exterior features a bright orange color with exposed carbon trim and a silver pinstripe. 18 carat white gold badges are also included. Interior features include a full aniline navy blue leather driver seat and a nubuck navy blue passenger seat. The upper trim is covered in Nebular quilted, which gives it a more tactile look.

The Speedtail’s bolder appearance is made possible by the Dynamic theme. It rides on gloss black wheels with silver spokes and has an exterior that is deep red. The cabin has a red driver seat and full aniline leather upholstery. The passenger seats are white. Thin Ply Technology is used to inlay quartz white carbon.

The Speedtail employs a hybrid powertrain to produce 1,035 horsepower (772kilowatts). McLaren claims that the Speedtail can travel 250 miles an hour (403 km/h) and reach 186 mph (396 km/h) in just 12.8 seconds.
