The Not-For-America BMW 3 Series Wagon is Coming in a Few Weeks

This summer, the first media drives will be held.

Two months ago, it was thought that BMW would show the wagon model of the new 3 Series at Geneva Motor Show. But that didn’t occur. Bavarian firm is currently finishing the styling of the compact, stylish family vehicle. A new report says it will be available “in just weeks”.

According to BMW Blog, the first media drives for the long-roof 3 Series will be held this summer. This means that the official unveiling of the vehicle is expected to take place in the next three to four weeks. Although there is no official confirmation from the automaker, we expect the wagon to make an online debut soon.

The manufacturer is currently at the Nürnbergring, where it is performing final calibrations of its new wagon with prototypes that are close to production. The cars are more camouflaged than ever, hinting at the imminent premiere. We’ve seen spy photographs of G21 3 Series Touring cars with test cars multiple times.

We have reported that the 3 Series Touring will not reach American shores. 3 Series enthusiasts on the other side of the pond will no longer have the option of a long roof with the current model. This is due to the success of the SUV and crossover segments.
