They are available in beautiful colors.
The Rolls-Royce Ghost and Dawn will be presented in specially colored editions to celebrate the launch of the Pebble Beach 2019 Pastel Collection. According to the company, their light yellow, pale green and salmon pink colors are inspired by the hills and beaches near Pebble Beach.
Rolls states that the Ghost is in the Light Green Solid shade. This color represents the “rebirth” of the peninsula’s flora after years of fire and drought. The hue may appear more blue or green depending on how it is lit. The cabin’s interior features a mixture of Serenity green and black upholstery.
One Ghost is gone, another prepares for arrival:
Coral Solid is the color Dawn chooses to wear. It took seven coats of paint and nine hour of polishing to get it. This convertible is very striking with its light pink hue. This cabin is made of a combination of Sunset orange and Arctic white leather.
The Wraith comes in the sunny color Semaphore yellow. Interior is a mixture of Selby Gray, Lemon and Rolls’ Starlight Headliner.
Rolls-Royce is currently in the process of retiring the Ghost and a new generation will be on its way for a debut in 2020. According to Rolls-Royce, it uses the 6.75-liter V12 twin-turbo engine. It uses a 48-volt electric system, which could be used to allow mild hybrid tech to increase fuel economy. An eight-speed auto would power an all-wheel drive system. Ghost buyers aren’t interested in sporty handling, but the next-generation model will, it is claimed, have four-wheel steering. The future of Dawn and Wraith is still uncertain.
