It’s also available for purchase.
One day, a restaurant and bar owner saw a van in disrepair next to a for sale sign. The van was in terrible condition, but the owner of the business bought it and gave it a new lease on life.
This is an old 1956 Chevrolet Grumman–Olson Kurbside, a delivery van that was built with aluminum body panels. After some modifications and some work, this van is now an all-aluminum motorhome.
The RV now looks clean and fresh in a black and silver two-tone outfit. The chrome side mirrors match the riveted body and round LED lights. Flexible RV roof paint was used to paint the roof.
To maintain an old-fashioned feel, the van’s metallic exterior has been adorned with wood panels. This RV can sleep four people. However, the front seats come from a 2002 Volkswagen Beetle donor. The living area has many amenities, including a brand-new porta potty and an electric Frigidaire unit. The unit also includes a freshwater tank.
The motorhome’s low-mileage 327 Chevy engine V8 was swapped by the current owner to ensure that it can continue to travel miles. All new brakes, shocks, and 16-inch eight-lug wheels with Firestone Transforce AT tires are also included.
The current pandemic forced the owner to sell the beauty. It is currently listed for Sale at Vintage Cars. For more information, please visit the source link. You will need to be prepared to spend $42,000.
