Jaguar has made it clear that it will not be giving the XE sport sedan the SVR treatment. However, this tuner has taken matters into their own hands and is working on an XE S. This package focuses primarily on the 3.0-liter V6 engine.
The stylish sedan, with its six-cylinder engine, develops 380 horsepower and 332 pounds-feet (450 Newton meters) of torque when it leaves the United Kingdom factories where it was made. Arden was not satisfied with this result, so the tuner massaged the V6 to produce an additional 83 horsepower and 98 lbft (133 Nm), for a total of 463 HP and 430 Lb-ft (583Nm).
Although performance numbers have not been released by Arden it is clear that the upgraded XE S runs faster and more efficiently than the standard model. It takes 4.9 seconds for the stock version to do the 0-60mph (0-96 km/h) task. The upgraded XE S will accelerate until it reaches 155 mph (253 kph).
Arden spent time customizing the exterior of the supercharged V6 engine to match the additional power coming from it. This modified Jaguar looks fast, even standing still. It has a large rear wing and a dual-vent hood. 20-inch wheels. The sporty diffuser. The performance sedan looks sportier and has a better airflow.
The embroidered floor mats with fancy leather upholstery and the embroidered floor tiles round out the niceties. However, Arden has not provided images of the interior so we will have to rely on their words.
