We have seen so many automotive commercials throughout our lives, that we no longer pay attention to some. This Audi commercial is different than any other. It’s Audi Film, and it’s not cheesy or gaudy. This might actually be the best Audi commercial.
Why? Think about it. motorsport Legends Walter Rohrl and Hurley Haywood, Tom Kristensen and Hans-Joachin Suck battling each other in a water balloon fight, not in a race of endurance and speed, but in a battle for their lives. Sold?
However, this is not the main theme of the Audi Film. Led Balloon. It is a nostalgic look at Audi’s past, and a light-hearted glimpse into the future. It was so light that the petty balloon fight became a friendly war for all age groups.
The Audi E-Tron Sportback, and AudiQ8 are the show’s main stars. Julia Lehman and Jermaine LOVE were also on the show. Doug Demuro, a blue 1994 Audi RS2 Avant actor, also made it.
The part in which a group of classic Audi cars and a 1936 DKW UL 700 motorbike join the battle is probably the most popular for car enthusiasts. This includes a 1919 Audi Type C Alpensieger and a 1927 Wanderer W25K, 1938 Horch 853A, 1956 DKW F800 as well as a 1967 Audi 80 Variant, 1975 Audi50 LS, 1976 Audi 80 GTE and the 1984 Audi Sport Quattro.
