We have reported previously that the RS5 will be equipped with a powerful 4.2 liter V8 engine producing at least 450hp (331kW).
Audi’s 2010 RS5 coupe was once more spotted undergoing high-performance testing at Germany’s Nurburgring.
The matte black scheme is extraordinary, even though the photos don’t give any further details. The RS5’s front end is marked by larger, more aggressive air intakes, and a modified mesh grille. The RS5 also features 15-spoke alloy wheels, an aggressive rear spoiler and a huge dual exhaust system.
The RS5 will be equipped with a powerful 4.2 liter V8 engine that produces at least 450hp (331kW), as previously reported. The RS5 will have quattro AWD, a six-speed manual transmission and a standard seven-speed R Tronic gearbox. It is expected to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just five seconds. Audi will probably limit the maximum speed to 250 km/h (155mph), but aftermarket tuners can easily fix it.
