The British luxury coupe is available in 62 colors.
Bentley is now focusing on the Continental GT, right after the launch of the new Bentayga SUV. This is not a facelift. Just in time for summer, the British marque offers both the convertible and two-door coupe additional color options.
The 2021 model year of the Continental GT is scheduled for Crewe. It will be available in Viridian and Patina as well as Snow Quartz color options. The automaker claims that these three options increase the number of paint choices to 62. This further increases the amount of personalization to more than 10 billion.
Viridian, a modern version of the traditional British Racing Green, features a dark emerald metallic color inspired by Bentley’s EXP10Speed 6 concept car. The car also features a deep agate-green color with subtle flecks in amber and golden for that luxurious touch.
Patina is a blend of champagne and silk. It was “inspired by the beautiful ambience and aura of polished metallics.” It is a medium-tone cream that has subtle hints of subtle greens. Snow Quartz is essentially white with three layers pearlescent paint.
The Continental GT coupe gets the panoramic glass roof option, which is available across the entire range. This option used to be only available for W12-powered Contis. But it is now possible for all models, even those with V8 mills.
The Conti GT’s standard steering wheel gets a revised profile and shape. This will be available throughout the range. It also gets capacitive sensing which allows the car know whether you are holding the steering wheel. This is a prerequisite for semi-autonomous driver assist systems.
