The V8’s 621 horsepower matches the M850i’s more slender appearance.
The hottest member BMW 8 Series The M850i is the perfect family car right now, thanks to its range-topping features. M8 we just rendered expected to arrive in the next year. The super coupe is dressed in black with the tuner’s golden stripe. Thanks to H&R lowering suspensions and large 21-inch alloy wheels, it sits slightly closer to road. Manhart did not make any changes to the car’s design. The only modifications were the rear and front spoilers made of carbon fiber. A new muffler is included at the back along with four large exhaust finishers that are dipped into carbon fiber for an -esque, sporty look.
Manhart’s tuning program is highlighted by the twin-turbo, 4.4-liter V8 that produces 530 horsepower and 750 Newton meters (553 pound-feet). The software optimization package has raised the output to 621 horsepower and 870 Nm (642lb-ft), which may be slightly more than the M8 Competition and M8 Competition when they are revealed by BMW in 2019
We don’t know much about the performance of the BMW 8 Series Coupe, but we expect Manhart to sprint to 60 mph (96 km/h) slightly faster than the standard M850i’s 3.6 seconds.
It is only a matter time before tuners get their hands on the 8 Series version with diesel engine, the 840d in Europe.
