BMW 8 Series Coupe by Manhart Is The Alternative To M8

Manhart’s tuning program is highlighted by the twin-turbo, 4.4-liter V8 that produces 530 horsepower and 750 Newton meters (553 pound-feet). The software optimization package has raised the output to 621 horsepower and 870 Nm (642lb-ft), which may be slightly more than the M8 Competition and M8 Competition when they are revealed by BMW in 2019

We don’t know much about the performance of the BMW 8 Series Coupe, but we expect Manhart to sprint to 60 mph (96 km/h) slightly faster than the standard M850i’s 3.6 seconds.

It is only a matter time before tuners get their hands on the 8 Series version with diesel engine, the 840d in Europe.
