Chevy releases more photos of the 2022 Corvette in three new colors

Threerd production year of the Vette was teased by Bow Tie’s brand.

GM has reportedly reduced the 2021 Corvette C8 order after several production delays. Chevrolet is excited about the new 2022 model year. The automaker even has a teaser page up for the third year of production for the first mid-engined ‘Vette.

The teaser page also features images of the new colors. Corvette C8 pallette. These are the items we’ve covered. Three new paint jobs were introduced in April. Here are some more photos of the Corvette in Hypersonic Gray Metallic and Amplify Orange Tintcoat.
Note that Amplify Orange will replace Sebring Orange in this color palette, and Hypersonic Gray Metallic will replace Shadow Gray Metallic. Caffeine will replace the Zeus Bronze Metallic, which was used for its brown hue.

The Corvette Stingray IMSA GTLM Championship Edition is another addition to the 2022 lineup. It’s limited to 1000 left-hand-drive units and celebrates the C8.R’s dominance in the 2020 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season. The coupe will be sold for $87,085 and the convertible for $94,085

The teaser page confirms the arrival a low-profile spoiler option, which we previously reported in April. According to previous reports, it will be available for the 2022 Corvette Stingray with or without Z51 Performance Package. It could also include a front splittingter.
