Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid has Fewer Options and Higher Prices for 2022

Stellantis cuts the fat on Chrysler’s minivan.

Although the Chrysler brand is in decline, the Pacifica continues to be a strong seller. In September we had a preview of the standard minivan. Now, we know more about the pricing and changes to the 2022 Pacifica Hybrid.

There are generally price increases for new model-year vehicles. According to MoparInsiders, however, there are fewer options and equipment. less that HTML350 – from a total of 3,550 combinations to only 53. This is possible by consolidating features and packages, which includes some items that were previously optional.

The Pacifica has many creature comforts, despite the fact that it is more compact. A rear-seat reminder will be available on all models in 2022. The minivan also has a new air filter system that purges 95 percent of allergens and particles from the cabin. Entry-level Touring L models get the Safety Sphere Group driver assistance, but the standard roof rack is gone and the window shades are no longer available. The Premium Group of driver assistance is also available for mid-level Limited models. Pinnacle, on the other hand, gains Amazon FireTV.

These changes come with a price. MoparInsiders states that the Pacifica Hybrid Touring L costs $46,760. The starting MSRP for the midrange Pacifica Hybrid Limited is $50,660. The starting MSRP for the Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle is $54,940. All prices exclude a $1,495 destination fee. All models come with a front-wheel drive only. They use Chrysler’s hybrid V6 engine of 3.6 liters and an automatic transmission to drive the front wheels.

According to a spokesperson for Chrysler, Motor1.com has confirmed that the prices listed are correct for 2022.
