Current Cadillac Escalade Up To $16,500 Off Ahead Of New Model Launch

There are some caveats to obtaining discounts.

The 2021 model year will see the arrival of a new Cadillac Escalade. It is large and luxurious and Cadillac hopes to keep up with the Lincoln Navigator which has started to close the gap between them since Lincoln’s concerted revitalization. The all-new Escalade is expected to arrive in the near future, making the current-gen SUV less attractive. Why spend thousands, if not six figures, on an outgoing model when you can get a better one for tens of thousands? Cadillac has the answer to that question – incentives. According to CarsDirect Cadillac offers up to $16,500 combined savings on the 2020 Escalade. There are many caveats to these incentives that can make it difficult to redeem them.

The publication states that current owners of 2014-2017 Escalades can get a $7500 lease discount and $10,000 off when they buy. CarsDirect received an email bulletin from dealers announcing the discount. The 2020 Escalade is available for purchase with a $9,000 rebate. This brings the total savings to $16,500. CarsDirect believes that skilled negotiators will be able to save over 25% on the Escalade’s MSRP. This is a huge saving on a vehicle that costs $76,490.

It is great to save money on a new car, but the 2021 Escalade will make you happy. The new Escalade has many improvements over its predecessor. The interior has 38 inches of OLED screens, which are standard on all Escalade models. Cadillac’s Super Cruise technology, which provides over 200,000 miles of handsfree highway cruising, is also available. The driver attention system monitors the driver, and alerts them when they need to control the vehicle. An optional 36-speaker soundsystem is also available.

Cadillac has not yet announced when the new Escalade will be available at dealerships. However, it should arrive sometime in the summer. Although pricing information has not been released, the new Escalade should be slightly more expensive considering all of the tech inside. It won’t go up too much if Cadillac is to be competitive with the Navigator at a similar price.
