Dodge Jailbreaks SRT Redeye Hellcat Redeye, Allows for New Wild Color Combinations

Customers can mix and match the new Jailbreak Pack for 2022.

Dodge’s “Never Lift” campaign aims to provide customers with a variety of options, including the ability to personalize their cars. Dodge today announced a new Jailbreak model for the Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody and 2022 Charger. This will allow customers to choose new, previously-restricted colors throughout the vehicle.

The upgrade includes a variety of goodies for both the Challenger and Charger, but the real meat of the Jailbreak model are the color options. A unique Jailbreak badge is added to the instrument panel. The powertrain calibration has been revised to increase the engine’s output to 807 horsepower (601kW) instead of the stock 797 HP (594 KW).

The new pack includes the Challenger with seven colors for seats, stripes and wheels, six for brake calipers, five exterior badge finishes, and many more. Although the Charger’s customization options are just as impressive as those of the Challenger, they offer a slightly different set of details. ChargersRT customers can choose from seven wheel options and six exterior stripes and break colors. There are five exterior badge finishes and five types of seats. There are also a few choices for seat belt colors and floor mantis.

Jailbreak also offers exclusive options for both Dodge Cars include Hammerhead Grey Laguna leather seats and Hammerhead Grey floormat accents. Hammerhead Grey, Sepia or Demonic Red seatbelts are also available.

Copper Weaver carbon fiber bezel, deck lid, widebody stripes and a chrome fuel door are available to the Challenger. Black nickel exhaust tips can be chosen by Charger owners. Vinyl stripes can also be added to the deck lid, roof and roof. These two options are available with either 20-inch Warp Speed Satin Carbon wheels or lightweight low-gloss Granite tires.

Dodge Product Design Office can help those who feel overwhelmed by all the options. Two options are offered by the automaker: Old School and Brass Funky. The Old School Challenger receives F8 Green exterior paint and Satin Carbon wheels. These wheels pair well with the rest the car’s satin-chrome badging. Brass Funky Charger gets several brass upgrades including exterior badges and wheels. Red Dawn, The Classic and Yin Yang are just a few of the many options.

Customers will have the option to Jailbreak their order starting in 2021. Dodge will also add a $995 MSRP to the new package. The pricing information for the 2022 Dodge Charger or Challenger models is not available. However, the Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody costs $79,456 (excludes destination), while the Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody costs $81,935. It seems simple to spend $995 and get something unique.
