It comes with a working steering wheel, suspension, and folding roofing.
Let’s face facts: Not everyone can afford a Ferrari. These supercars and Italian sports cars are reserved for the wealthy. However, you don’t have to own one. At least not in the form of a wooden car.
YouTube Woodworking Art is all about making one. The carving artist created a scale model of a Ferrari SF90 Spider using a few blocks. Although the creation isn’t perfect, we’re confident that many of you will appreciate the fine craftsmanship behind this wooden toy car.
Although the Ferrari SF90 Spider was launched more than a decade ago, it still has a design which is a delight to look at even in photos. The Woodworking Art team was able to transform that beauty into a wooden model. At least, that’s our opinion.
This model comes with moving parts which make it even more unique. Both the front and back suspensions work, as well as the wheels. The steering is working, as well as the engine cover, hood and doors. Even the driver’s seat can be moved into place.
It is notable that the miniature convertible /SF90 Stradale roof retracts, folds, and stores in hiding. It doesn’t fold in a matter of seconds, and it isn’t mechanically done. The integration is seamless so anyone can have the roof up or down.
We don’t know if Woodworking Art sells this creation, or if there are other vehicles that can be commissioned by these creative folks. However, you can visit the Handicraft Art website to see if you are really interested.
