Although the quality of the dashcam video is poor, we can still see the crash of one of the 499 LaFerraris cars on Budapest’s Vaci street. The person driving Ferrari’s hybrid car lost his patience while driving in the outside lane. He noticed that the car in front was moving slowly so he decided to merge into middle lane.
The LaFerrari driver pushed the throttle hard, and the car’s enormous power caused him to lose control. He ended up landing on three cars parked nearby. The owner was embarrassed by his mistakes and quickly removed the Slovakian plates from the car so people wouldn’t know that he was the one responsible.
The driver’s apparent lack of skill is not the only reason for the crash. However, the tires were not at the right temperature. It was cold in Budapest so there wasn’t much grip. But that’s not an excuse.
