The flares are also protected by vents at the top of the fenders.

The Ford Bronco is currently being tested on Dearborn’s roads. This one is wearing very light camouflage. It is a wrap around the body. The dark green panels of the body are exposed in part.

These photos show the enormous size of fender flares. They appear to be a few inches above the body. The SUV is equipped with BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A tires. It is difficult to see the dimensions of the sidewall in the photos. The flares are also surrounded by vents in the bodywork.

The ride height is considerably higher than that of a regular Bronco. Although the parts are not easily visible, the suspension modifications are evident for elevating the SUV. This teaser video shows the model on an offroad course which makes it look extremely capable in the dirt.

This Bronco, like other Raptor models has a grille that features large letters “FORD”. The standard model’s headlights feature the same design, which includes large, circular lamps with horizontal light bars through them.

We are currently only seeing the Broncoraptor in a four-door body. This suggests that a two-door model is unlikely, at least for launch.

According to reports, the Bronco Raptor will use a twin-turbo V6 motor. Rumours differ about the displacement of the engine being 3.0 liters or 3.5 Liters, and the output being between 400 and 450 horsepower (or 298 and 336 kilowatts).

Ford’s ordering system leaks hints at Warthog option on the Raptor. Vinyl seats are the only information currently available. After playing in the mud, the material would make it easier to clean the interior.

Ford confirms that the Bronco Raptor will debut in 2022. The rugged SUV will be available for purchase in the 2023 model year.
