Ford Dealer Offers A New 800 HP Nitrous Mustang with a Warranty

According to the car’s manufacturer, it is ready for a 10-second quarter-mile run straight from the showroom floor.

While we’ve seen some dealer-built performance creations, Beechmont Ford in Cincinnati has something completely unique for Ford Mustang enthusiasts. The dealership posted the video above on YouTube, outlining the BFP Drag Pak (which includes a huge shot of Nitrous Oxide from a trunk-mounted container). The package can run a 10-second run and go directly on a drag strip. 800 horsepower is claimed by the dealership. This package is also backed by a warranty. Wait, what?

The BFP Mustang is a 2018 Mustang GT with an automatic transmission, according to the video. It then gets a small selection of upgraded components, including Steeda suspension bits that reduce wheel hop, drag-specific springs and shocks, new half shafts with 800 horsepower and street-legal drag rings on 17-inch wheels. The engine has an upgraded crank sprocket and oil pump gear. The Nitrous shot to increase the 5.0 Coyote’s V8’s horsepower from 460 to 800 horses (343 to 597 Kilowatts) is the only thing that’s there.

Beechmont Ford offers a Mustang with a performance group. Although there is no price yet for this particular build, it does have a supercharged Mustang with 800 horsepower for under $42,000. We’d prefer the boost to the juice, but it’s still a lot for the money.
