Hennessey VelociRaptor 600 Boosts 2021 Raptor To 600 HP, 622 LB-FT

This is a significant upgrade to the stock Raptor.

Hennessey snags a new 2021 Ford Raptor in order to make the VelociRaptor 600 upgrade pack. The starting price for the average truck is $85,950 They are currently accepting orders and will begin delivery in the early 2022.

The Raptor’s power output is increased to 600 horsepower (447 Kilowatts) by the VelociRaptor 600. It also produces 622 pound-feet (843 Newton meters) of torque. This is an increase from the standard truck’s 450 horsepower (336 kW) or 510 lbft (692Nm) of power.

Hennessey wants the VelociRaptor 600’s speed to reach 60 miles an hour (96 km per hour) in 4.2 seconds. This is compared to 5.3 seconds at the factory. The truck can cover the quarter mile in just 12.9 seconds.

Hennessey upgrades the air induction system and high-capacity intercooler to achieve 150 horsepower (112 kW) more. Hennessey also adds revised engine management software. All of the truck’s drive modes are preserved by these modifications.

The Hennessey upgrade costs $19,950 if you purchase a 2021 Ford Raptor, and then decide to add it later.

Buyers can also add the offroad stage 1 package for an additional $17.950 The package includes a new front bumper and integrated LEDs, a modified rear bumper, 20-inch wheels with 35 inch tires, and a front suspension leveling kit.

Hennessey’s VelociRaptor product range is one of its strongest, with thousands of units produced over the last 10 years. This new truck is expected to be the company’s best-selling product yet. Hennessey plans to produce 250 copies of the VelociRaptor600 each year.

The Raptor R will arrive in 2022 with the supercharged, 5.2-liter V8 of the Mustang Shelby GT500. The truck is said to produce between 725 hp (540-kW) and 750 hp (660 kW). You can expect Hennessey’s tuned version to have a higher output.
