Was it a spaceship?
Minivans have been a hot topic in the automotive industry. These vehicles are not only family-oriented, but they are also becoming more luxurious. Motorgraph World’s latest YouTube video shows the Hyundai Staria with its many luxury accommodations.
Staria’s unique design aesthetic starts from the outside. The Staria’s body has a chunky design, but there are also simple design cues that make a big visual impact. The front fascia houses a large lightbar, which is used as a daytime running lamp. It sits above the primary grille that houses the headlights.
The exterior is impressive, but the interior is what makes this vehicle stand out. This vehicle is not your typical minivan. The cockpit has a digital dashboard and infotainment system, as well as touch-sensitive buttons. Although some customers may be concerned about the lack mechanical feedback, some might find the visual impact to be worth it.
Rear passengers will be pleased to learn that Hyundai did not forget them. The Lounge model of Staria is a people carrier that can accommodate nine passengers. Even though the second row can be rotated 180 degrees to face the third row, this is not recommended for people who are susceptible to motion sickness.
The Staria may not be the most luxurious Minivan on the planet, but it does appear to tick all the right boxes. We are confident that Hyundai’s latest offering will be a huge success in the United States, although it is still not available for real-world testing.
