Both the coupe and convertible models can get the pack.
Jaguar released two special edition F1_ models in the past few months. Now, it is adding another. The F-Type R-Dynamic Black is a special edition to the two-door sports car. It adds a few unique visual upgrades and standard equipment.
The company’s Black Pack adds black accents to the cat’s exterior and badging. Some pieces are finished in gloss black including the rear valance and front splitter. The 20-inch, five-spoke, gloss black Style 5039 wheels are also available. The exterior colors are only available in Santorini Black or Eiger Grey. The R-Dynamic Black Edition model can be ordered in convertible or coupe versions.
Jaguar offers two color options for the interior: Ebony with Light oyster contrast stitching and Mars with Flame Red stitch. For maximum comfort, they can be adjusted 12-way. Ebony is used as the headliner. A “heritage-inspired monogram” pattern is used to trim the door and seat edges. This pattern can also be used to emboss warp for instrument clusters that cover the 12.3-inch display. Additional touches include illuminated treadplates and satin-finish aluminum gearshift paddles.
Jaguar will offer the R-Dynamic Black special-edition model with both powertrains. Customers can choose from the turbocharged 2.0-liter four cylinder engine or the powerful supercharged 5.0 liter V8. The smaller engine produces 296 horsepower (221 Kilowatts) as well as 295 pound-feet (405 Newton-meters of torque). The larger engine makes 444 horsepower (331 kW) while the bigger one generates 516 lb/ft (700 Nm), and has a twist of 444 hp (331kW). Inline-four can reach speeds of 62 mph (100 km/h) in 5.5 seconds. The V8 is faster at a quarter of a second. It costs 64,455 (or 88,880 at the current exchange rate) in the UK.
