Jeep Gladiator Gets Half-Door Option with Dual-Door Group:

However, open-air doors are not cheap.

After years of waiting, Jeep Wrangler owners finally have factory-available side doors at the start of 2021. Future Jeep Gladiator owners may have the option of both the standard and airy half-doors.

According to Mopar Insiders, the Dual-Door Group is now available for Jeepdealers. It includes the standard doors and half doors that are shipped inside the truck at delivery.

The swapping of the doors takes only minutes and the half doors can be used with power mirrors, locks and blind spot detection. There are two sets of zippered upper windows that match the premium or standard soft-tops.

The half-doors offer an extraordinary open-air experience with the soft-top removed. However, on the Gladiator it comes at a high price. The Dual-Door Group, which includes premium upper windows for half-doors, is reported to cost $4.995. Although the standard-quality windows are a bit cheaper, it still leaves you with $4,590. This price may leave Gladiator owners searching for cheaper options, but these offerings won’t come with a full factory warranty.

It is not known if Jeep will list the package in Gladiator’s online configurator, as the package passes through the Mopar Custom Shop. We have contacted Jeep to confirm that the package is still not available as of August 20th. There are no announcements about it in the press. If we have any new information, we will update you. However, the Gladiator already has the doors for the current-generation Wrangler so it is easy to offer them.
