With every model sold, Jeep will donate $250 to charity.

Jeep had a Freedom Edition available for the Wrangler a few years back. Jeep has a new Freedom package available for the Gladiator and Wrangler as we enter a long weekend to celebrate America’s Independence Day. Jeep will donate $250 to military-themed charities for each model sold, just as before.

The Freedom package, available on 2023-model year vehicles, is an appearance upgrade and adds some functional components. The Freedom package includes an Oscar Mike badge at the back, American flag decals on both sides and fender-mounted Jeep badges. The Freedom package comes with body-colored fender flares and black wheels. Inside, you’ll find leather-trimmed seating with black stitching.

The Freedom package includes LED headlights and fog lamps, steel bumpers, and rock rails. The Freedom package is available for Wrangler or Gladiator Sports S trims.

Jim Morrison, senior vice-president and chief of Jeep North America, stated that Jeep’s 1941 roots are deeply rooted in military service. The Gladiator Freedom and Wrangler Freedom editions honor all those who served in the military. These special editions are a way to honor those who gave their lives for our country and support those who continue to serve.

Jeep states that the Freedom package will be available for a limited period of time but does not specify whether there is a target production number. For those who are interested, the package costs $3,295 and is an add-on to Sport S prices. Order banks will open in July. If production delays are not a problem, Gladiators or Wranglers equipped with the Freedom package will be in stock in November just in time to celebrate Veterans Day in the USA.
