This is one strange thing.
Celebrities and cars are a dangerous combination. There are many celebrities with good taste, such as Lady Gaga’s first-generation Ford SVT Lightning or Kevin Hart’s sinister-looking Hellephant powered 1970 Dodge Charger. However, there are also some who are borderline dangerously deranged.
Justin Bieber’s Rolls Royce coupe, which was created by West Coast Customs. This futuristic Rolls Royce was captured by YouTuber while in Malibu. It may be visible in the embedded video with a time stamp.
Looks familiar? You might recognize this custom Wraith? It was transformed into what appears to be a rip-off the Rolls-Royce 103EX Concept. Also known as the Rolls-Royce Vision Next 100 Concept, which is available in the gallery above. Its “floating” design, and the wheel caps that conceal all four wheels, were the dead giveaway.
This is all well and good but we are unable to help but notice a major difference. Bieber’s Rolls have its wheel covers attached to the body. The concept allows them to roll with the wheels. This major difference along with the strange-looking front fascia, and questionable bodywork made Bieber’s Rolls look pretentious and tacky.
But then again, each to his own. We’ll grant him the car’s uniqueness. Bieber could have wanted his Rolls-Royce to attract attention. Bieber is a celebrity and may have been enjoying the warmth of the spotlight a little too much. We can’t help but wonder whether he had any input into the design of this extraordinary machine. Because that’s how West Coast Customs rolls, we suspect it was his idea.
Let’s just say that this is one of the things we won’t do on our Rolls-Royces if we have the funds.
