Maserati Launches Nerissimo Package with Stealthy Look in L.A.

The theme of the “murder-out” seems to be still popular.

Maserati may not have a new car to display in Los Angeles, but it does have three Nerissimo packages for its cars. The Ghibli, Quattroporte and Levante SUV are the ones we’re referring to, while the GranTurismo & GranCabrio will not get the all-black treatment. This is the continuation of the Ghibli Nuerissimo Edition, which was displayed earlier in the year at the New York Auto Show.

This Nerissimo styling package is for you if you are looking for a Maserati with rear doors. It includes a Nero and black chrome accents for both the grille’s trident emblem as well as the upper bezel trim of the grille and the trunk lid. Maserati will blacken the model, logo, vehicle name and engine to give it a stealthy appearance. It will also blacken the exhaust tips, window surrounds and vertical bars of its grille.

You can choose the Ghibli or the Quattroporte flagship. There are also two other paint options: Grigio Mariatea and Nero Ribelle. These are only available if you pay more for the optional, self-explanatory exterior carbon pack.

The 2018MY Maserati lineup will be on display at the Los Angeles Auto Show. You can also see the GranTurismo, GranCabrio and two-door GranTurismo models. The exterior styling has been slightly modified to increase aerodynamics and the cabin is equipped with a new driver interface.

Maserati is likely to expand its product line next year by launching a hotter Levante GTS. This model has already been spotted multiple times. All models of Maserati will be electrified starting in 2019, and we expect to see the next generation GranTurismo by 2020.
