New Acura Integra Follows The TLX in Unofficial Renderings

Next spring, the car will be on display.

Acura Integra will be back next year in a five-door version. This is a departure from the two-door design that was popularized for its practicality. Already, the company has begun to tease the new model and revealed quite a lot. The new Integra will not be revealed in all its glory until next spring. However, Kolesa.ru has released two renderings that show the potential design.

Teasers so far have shown a car that appears to be following the same design ethos of the TLX. These renderings show the sleek headlight seen in the announcement teaser. It sits right next to the shield grille of the company. The bold design line runs from the front bumper to its rear, wrapping around the car’s doors and down to the greenhouse. This render gives the Integra a more refined, subtle styling at the front than the TLX.

The rear mirrors the design we saw in the second teaser. This confirms the model’s five door design. The model’s slim taillights and slim spoiler were visible in the image. There was also subtle Integra branding at the bumper’s upper section. These are all visible in the rendering. We haven’t seen the entire rear end yet, but the rendering shows a bumper with sharp styling, a small diffuser and quad exhaust outlets. When the car debuts, the bumper may feature an entirely different design.

We are still unable to provide details about the model, but we believe the Integra will share its foundations with the Honda Civic. This means that the powertrains will likely be shared, with power routing to both the front and rear wheels. Acura is yet to reveal the interior of the car. We don’t know how different or similar it will look when it arrives. However, the Acura branding suggests that there are a variety of premium materials and features. When the car is unveiled in spring 2022, we’ll be able to see how close it is.
