Few cars can match the Porsche 911 and few are as famous. This 1968 Porsche 911K was restored and modified by Rod Emory, a world-renowned Porsche 356 expert. It was an incredible feat to create a car that echoes motorsport and the history of 911s since the 1960s.

Restomodding is a delicate balance. You don’t want to take away from the classic car experience by adding too much technology. However, you want to enjoy the benefits of driving and comfort. The 911K Outlaw was ordered for a very special client. Inspiration came from the Porsche 908-010 K-body prototype that Vic Elford drove. There are only five closed cockpit 908-010 prototypes known to exist. The unique design cues and short tail style of the 911K Outlaw also carry over to this build. For added authenticity, the 911K features distinct cues such as an amber fiberglass dashcap and Light Ivory paint with yellow accents. The car’s frontal rally appearance is enhanced by air horns and auxiliary lighting. It also features mesh intake guards, twingrille decklid and R-style lid hinges.
