Subaru’s Stella kei car has received a facelift in Japan.
Although the Stella 2 was launched in May 2013, Subaru has already done a makeover for the small town based on the 5th-gen Daihatsu Move.
It measures 3395mm in length, 1475mm in width, 1620mm high, and has a 2455mm wheelbase. The front MacPherson Strut and rear Torsion Bar are included. It can weigh between 810 kg (1785 lbs), to 890 kg (1962lbs), depending on the level of equipment.
The 658cc three-cylinder engine, which is available in turbo- or naturally-aspirated versions, produces power. Both engines produce 64 horsepower (48 kW) but the turbo version can reach full power at 6,600 rpm, while the regular version can achieve it at 7,200.
The 2013 Subaru Stella facelift includes a stop/start system and ventilated front disks. It also has revised rear suspension and a restyled front fascia.
