The 2015 Ford Mustang RTR is now fully revealed. It will be displayed at SEMA in Las Vegas starting today.
Vaughn Gittin Jr. developed the Mustang RTR. It is based on the new model. This version is designed for those who desire a more powerful and mean-looking Mustang. The Spec 1 package includes cosmetic modifications such as a chin spoiler and rear diffuser with side splittingters, an upper grille with built in lighting, rear spoiler, lower Grille, and rocker splitters.
The Spec 2 package offers a range of power boosts. This includes a modified V8 5.0-liter engine that produces as much as 725 bhp (705 kW) via supercharging. A four-cylinder EcoBoost engine upgrade will also be available. The RTR Spec 2 will include adjustable dampers, sway bars and lowering springs. There will also be a Magnaflow bespoke exhaust system.
Starting January, select Ford dealers around the world will have the 2015 Ford Mustang RTR.
