The 2017 Audi A5 Coupe has a teaser GIF ahead of its June 2nd world premiere. We get to see the headlights.
You’ll notice that the headlights curve more than the angular clusters of new A4 Sedan/Avant lighting. Also, the lower edge isn’t cut in half as on the A4s. Redesigned headlight graphics and signatures for LED daytime running lights have also been made.
Similar to the A4s’, Audi offers buyers the option of choosing between xenon, led, or matrix LED headlights. These fancy dynamic turn signals will also be available.
Audi also suggests that the body of the 2017 A5 Coupe will have a lower drag coefficient than the previous model, which had a 0.29. The A5 will be more efficient due to a slimmer body and more efficient engines thanks to the MLB Evo platform.
Audi has released a teaser that shows the new will come with an adaptive damping suspension. It lowers the ride height of the A4 by 10 mm. You can adjust the Audi drive select to change the suspension and damping settings.
Audi will be hosting the world premiere of its A5 Coupe at Ingolstadt on June 2,. Tonight’s “Audi Late Light Show” will be the first step in the road to reveal. The light show, prepared by the Hungarian group “Maxin10sity”, will continue for five nights at the Audi Forum building.
