2018 Lexus CT 200h Receives Subtle Facelift, Again

The U.S. will no longer offer the hybrid.

Lexus gave its smallest model a refresh. The 2018 model year includes subtle changes to the CT200h exterior, interior colors and additional safety systems. The most important thing is that the facelift causes a halt in sales of the model in the United States.

We reported in May that the vehicle would soon reach the end line in America. Now, a Lexus spokesperson confirmed the information to Carscoops. The U.S. has seen a decrease in Lexus’s sales of the model from January to May. This is 11.2 percent less than last year.
However, sales have “remained strong in key geographical regions that include China, Japan, and the European Union,” which means that the compact hybrid vehicle will continue to be available on many markets until the next generation.
