for the Sport Turismo.
In July, we found some files from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration which included several Porsche models. We now know the reason for Panamera GTS. The Panamera new GTS is now available. If you want more sport under a longer roof, a GTS Sports Turismo is also available.
Both GTS models feature the same 4.0-liter twin turbo V8 engine. However, in the GTS it is tuned to produce 460 horsepower (343kW). This puts it between the standard Panamera Turbo and the fire-breathing Turbo. An adaptive air suspension is used to transfer power to the ground. It’s standard equipment and then modified for GTS models. The ride height is slightly reduced and Porsche’s Active Suspension Manager system gets some calibration to increase the excitement in the lateral arts.
The GTS models receive a lot of black treatment on the exterior, including the rear clip, lower trim and front. The standard-issue wheels are 20-inch Panamera Design. No one will forget the GTS branding on doors and rear decklid. You will also find more GTS branding inside, as well as black Alcantara and aluminum trim. The GTS package offers many customization options, including the ability to choose contrasting colors for stitching or the GTS logos. Porsche’s digital cockpit is fully functional, but the GTS has a new head-up display that can come in multiple colors.
These GTS upgrades can also be purchased for the Sport Turismo, as mentioned earlier. Porsche claims that the performance enhancements will make either car go from 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. However, the Sport Turismo is a bit slower at 180 mph (289km/h) as opposed to 182 mph (292km/h) for regular GTS.
Both models can be ordered now. Prices for Panamera GTS in Europe start at EUR138,493 and for GTS Sport Turismo, starting at EUR141,349 in Germany. The prices for the U.S. market are still unknown.
